At Yoga of Recovery Dharma, we create an environment where individuals seeking healing through trauma-informed yoga feel safe and supported. Our Professoinal Yoga Instructors must meet high professional and performance standards, above & beyond entry level requirements. In addition, we require, they have good moral character, maintain active ongoing professional Yoga Certificatoin of RYT 500 or higher and be a member of Recovery Dharma and agree to their precentps. All our instrictkors are vetted for safety, are backgroud screened and credentials verified, to ensure our recovery space is safe, sound and remains a place of peaceful cooperation.

Dr. Paul “Prana” Riedel, DMSc, MS, RN, RYT, is a facilitator of yoga and mindfulness practices rooted in Recovery Dharma. Blending meditation, somatic awareness, and nature-based healing, he creates spaces for deep personal inquiry, compassion, and liberation from suffering. His teaching emphasizes embodiment, presence, and the path of recovery as a journey of awakening. His Metaphysical Practice unites ancient wisdom and modern science to awaken healing, restore balance, and elevate your path of recovery.
