What is the cost of your classes?

Free ! Dana is accepted, but not required.

Are your classes suitable for beginners?

Yes, our classes are designed to accommodate all levels. Whether you are new to yoga or have experience, you will find our teachers guiding you through accessible movements and practices.

Do I need any special equipment to participate?

While a yoga mat can enhance your practice, it is not strictly necessary. Comfortable clothing and a quiet space where you won't be disturbed are the most important elements for a fulfilling experience.

What if I need support during a class?

Our instructors are trained to offer support and modifications during classes. If you have specific needs or inquiries, feel free to communicate with your instructor before or during the session.

Can I access classes at any time?

Yes and No. Access and availability to individual classes are on the Meeting page. However, to uphold the safety and sanctity of Yoga Practice, our "doors" close 10 mins after class starts. This is to minimize disturbances to other attendees , provide a safe environment and ensure spiritual /psychological grounding is supported without distraction. We encourage you to come early ! All classes on zoom require registration to participate,.

Do you offer any guarantees for your services?

While we strive to provide a valuable experience for every participant, we encourage you to try a meeting for 3 times before you decide its not for you. If it's not what you expected, please reach out, and we'll work with you to find a suitable solution.
